Rentals: Special Needs. . .

There are often special needs for events. These needs range from flipcharts and markers to AV equipment. Arrangements can be made for practically any needs given enough notice - so be sure to talk about your special needs when you look over the facilities. HINT: IF you are a first timer making arrangements for an outside seminar - make a list of "things" you need. Every time you think of something you need, add it to the list. This way you will not be short the number of folders, pads, pencils, markers, easels, multimedia projectors, white boards, rolls of masking tape, sets of location maps, agendas, etc, to have on hand for a successful event. Some of those items we can help you with - others you should bring yourself. Please ask. We have included links to many special need items like facility maps, maps of nearby walking paths, restaurants and directions to the Unitarian Campus.
