The World of Lifespan Learning
Sunday Program in R.E.

A place where kids like to be and have their sprits grow.

When you arrive on the Unitarian Campus you will find plenty of parking. You may be lucky enough to park in the upper parking lot and have the wonderful experience of walking through the meditation garden to get to the church building.

You could enter the church through the front doors, up the steps, and experience the openness of our sanctuary, or enter through the lower doors on the west side of the church off the parking lot. There you would step into the world of Religious Exploration at First Unitarian Congregation.

It is a busy world filled with teaching teams, lots of Children and Youth, and activity galore. You will meet Susan McEwen, our Director of Religious Exploration, as she helps teachers with last minute requests, meets with new parents registering their children for the R.E. Program, and stops to talk with children on their way upstairs for worship.

It is an exciting place, enticing, alive with hope and stirring faith in the basic goodness of the web of life. There are discussions of things and issues leading to a sense of wonder and of the need to join the struggle for a greater level of justice and fairness in this.

It just may be a place where your children will thrive.

Religious education is not just for kids. Adults have fun too as they stretch their spirits.

Go to "Between Sundays," a service of the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Larger Fellowship to help parents answer children's questions during the week.
The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Larger Fellowship has a site to help parents in answering mid-week questions by their kids!

If you would like further information, you are encouraged to e-mail the Director of Religious Exploration, Susan McEwen or contact the office.
